MARGARET YANCEY

I MARGARET YANCEY of Albemarle County, being in a low state of health but in perfect mind and memory - It is my will and desire that if I do not recover from my illness that the land whereon I now live containing one hundred and fifty acres more or less shall be the property of my son CHARLES YANCEY, as far as the title is in me, to be his and his heirs forever - provided he doth pay each of his brothers and sisters (that he has not already satisfied) twenty five pounds payable next October with interest from then if not paid.

As witness my hand this twentieth day of April One Thousand Eight Hundred Four.

This Last Will of MARGARET YANCEY was produced into court and proved by the oaths of SALINA KEYS and MARY KEYS witnesses thereto and ordered to be recorded.
